This class is designed for handlers looking to refine and advance their dog’s search skills. You and your dog will tackle more complex search scenarios while progressing through four key elements: container searches, interior searches, exterior searches, and vehicle searches. In this class, dogs will be working through progressively more difficult hide placements, including converging odors and inaccessible hides. Handlers will be educated on scent theory and develop strategic handling techniques to enhance their skills.

Prerequisites: Previous nose work training; should have completed a foundational class and/or have experience in detection. Dogs need to have proficiency in searching, indication, and basic handling skills.
